You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally before closure is finalized. Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are generally credited within 5 to 15 minutes during normal banking hours (Monday to Friday, 07:00–20:00 WIB). Deposits submitted outside banking hours or during scheduled bank maintenance windows may take longer.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. nana56 strictly prohibits deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be refunded to the source, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
nana56 reserves the right to impose deposit limits at an Account level at any time, for any reason, including as a responsible gaming measure. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits through the Account settings. Voluntary limits, once set, cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours (daily limits), 7 days (weekly limits), or 30 days (monthly limits).
To submit a withdrawal request, you must have: (a) a fully verified Account (KYC completed); (b) a real-money balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold; and (c) satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds prior to withdrawal of associated winnings.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per request. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the Account balance.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that: (a) was used to make at least one deposit to the Account; and (b) is registered in your own name and matches your KYC documentation. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensure the security of player funds.
nana56 targets same-business-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 15:00 WIB on standard working days. Requests submitted after 15:00 WIB, on weekends, or during Indonesian public holidays will be queued for the next business day. Once approved by nana56, the time for funds to appear in your bank account depends on your bank's internal processing schedule.
nana56 does not charge a platform withdrawal fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your payment provider for their applicable fee schedule.
Tip: To avoid delays, ensure your KYC verification is completed well in advance of your first withdrawal request. Unverified accounts cannot receive withdrawals under any circumstances.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on nana56 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the Bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nana56's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms — regardless of the legal basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Upon Account termination for cause, nana56 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days.
nana56 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to your registered address.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
